REPEAT ORDERS: $18.75(V) for EXACT repeats on pad printed and label orders. No repeat charge for EXACT repeats on lasered items. $18.75(V) for a MINOR change to and existing lasered product.

CANCELLATION: Customers are responsible for all work completed at time of cancellation and will be charged accordingly.

COPY CHANGE CHARGE: $12.50 (v)

ERRORS: We will not be responsible for errors if the copy submitted is not correct, clear and distinct, or if you approve paper proofs that have been submitted to you.

LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS: $35.00(v) for all items. Absolute minimum is 1/2 of catalog minimum.

NON-FULFILLMENT: Points of Light can not assume liability for non-fulfillment of orders caused by our inability to obtain materials, embargoes, strikes, fires or any other causes beyond our control.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: Industry standards allow for 5% overruns or underruns on all orders. If overs or unders will not be accepted, it must be stated on your purchase order.

PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS: When orders are manufactured to customer's specifications, the purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions / demands brought against us for any patent, copyright or trademark infringements.

Production Time:
Maglites 5 business days, all other laser engraved items & pad printed items 7 business days, items with labels 10 business days, & lip balms, hand sanitizers, and sunscreen 10-15 business days.

RETURNS: A Return Authorization Number (RA Number) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to return of merchandise. The return must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, in its original packaging and freight is to be prepaid to our factory. The RA NUMBER must be clearly visible on the package as our Receiving Department will not accept shipments without an RA NUMBER. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

RIGHTS TO PROMOTION: We reserve the right to use all logos in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of order.

RUSH ORDERS: We can meet your special requirements, in most cases. Please consult with Customer Service for approval prior to submitting your orders.

On laser engraved products - 48 hour service available; add 10% of total order, excluding shipping, : 24 hour service available; add 20% of total order, excluding shipping.

Orders and camera ready art must be received at factory by 12:00 noon EST Monday - Friday.

SAMPLES: All "overnight shipping" sample requests must be received no later than 2:00pm (EST) on the day of the shipment. Sample orders received after 2:00pm (EST) will ship on the next business day.

Random Samples: Random samples are shipped via ground carrier, unless otherwise specified. Random samples are billed at end quantity price, plus freight for products over $5.00 in value. Samples under $5.00 will be charged freight only or shipped on your account number. U.S. Postal Service is used when applicable.

Speculative Samples:

Laser engraved products: $65.00(v) per logo or location plus cost of the item;

Spec Sample fee: $31.25(V);

Pad printed products: $48.75(v) per color/location plus cost of the item;

TERMS: Net 30 days with approval of credit. All shipments to CA, MN and NJ may be subject to applicable sales tax.
